It looks like the definite title for this game is actually Crash Nitro
Kart 2. That asides, something interesting has surfaced on the Internet.
An N-Gage 2.0 version is going to be released (with N-Gage 2.0 being the new game
portal, and not a new iteration of the ill-fated Nokia handheld). This version is quite different
from the Java one that was covered in the previous entry. Take a look:

As you can see, the graphics in this version are in full
3D. Two other things are noteworthy: Tiny and Nina seem to be absent in
this version, and more interestingly, all characters are portrayed in the
new style that was introduced in Crash of the Titans. Ripper Roo
and Oxide themselves have completely new designs, just like everyone else
had in Titans. Old blue Roo has traded his straitjacket for some
boxing gloves, and Oxide has traded his clothes for... nothing,
apparently. Clothing aside, they're still very different from their
classic, usual looks. Oxide and Ripper Roo haven't had a proper appearance
in ages (especially the latter one). Join this fact with their sudden
re-designs and it's enough to make one wonder if they are going to
re-appear in the future mainstream game, whatever that may be. Only time
will tell.
Edit: Another thing to be noted from these screenshots is
that all of the car designs come directly from Crash Tag Team Racing.
Each character drives one of his/her cars from that game, except for
Crash, whose car seems to be new. Those who didn't appear in it still
drive some of them: Yaya drives one of Von Clutch's cars, and Oxide and
Ripper Roo each drive one of Pasadena's.

Crash Bandicoot Nitro Kart - not to be confused with the
original Crash Nitro Kart - is an
upcoming racing title that, despite sharing a similar name with a previous
kart incarnation, seems completely new. The playable characters are Crash,
Coco, Tiny, Cortex, Ripper Roo, Nitros Oxide, Nina and Yaya.
Yaya is of particular interest because she's an all-new character, who
seems to be a girl panda. This is the first time that a new character is
introduced in a minor mobile title (barring Dimbo from Titans,
if you want to count that). For some reason, all of the characters created
by Naughty Dog are presented in their classic style for this game, except
for Tiny, who appears as he did in the mainstream Crash of the Titans iterations.

Here are some gameplay details:
"The game features 16 tracks spread across eight environments. They cast their net wide, too, giving you the chance to race underwater and in outer space.
We're not sure what effect zero-gravity has on a cartoon kart, but we'll obviously find out. Other more predictable environmental effects include oil slicks and falling rocks.
You're able to play as eight characters from the Crash Bandicoot series, and as you race through the game you unlock eight different karts to race in.
You want more stats? How about ten different weapons and power-ups, including Flying Kart and Kart Jacking? Meanwhile, Turbo Plane and Mega Boost power-ups will see you ramping up the speed.
We can also tell you the game offers five different play modes: Cup, Arcade, Challenges, Sudden Death, and Monster Truck.
The last one sounds particularly intriguing: we weren't aware that bandicoots could get an HGV driving
licence, but seemingly they can. The DVLA will let anyone through nowadays. You unlock that by collecting all the letters of C-R-A-S-H on the track."
