2/XBox 360/PSP/Nintendo DS 29-04-2008 EDIT- A few websites such as Joystiq have been mentioning an upcoming PS3 version for this game. This is, however, untrue, as confirmed by Kirsten Forbes from Radical Entertainment: "It's a mistake. I saw that too. The message is that Crash games will certainly move to PS3 as soon as it's viable, but not for this game." Soooo case closed. 28-04-2008 The trailer starts with a horror-like setting, where a ghostly being wanders around. Suddenly, Crash appears from behind and "kicks him in the... uh, you know where". Wumpa Island looks huge now, and it looks like you can go wherever you want. Crash has gained new abilities, such as storing Titans in his pocket and hanging himself from walls without edges. The Rhinoroller is back, and now it can go through loop-de-loops. From the sounds of it, Marc Baril is probably composing the music again (which, incidentally, sounds great). 26-04-2008 "In
Crash Bandicoot: Mind over Mutant, a rejuvenated Neo Cortex is taking over
the world one brain at a time! Cortex and N. Brio devise a new kind of
evil; a text-messaging, do-anything device which controls both mutant and
bandicoot minds. Armed with his quick-wits and lightening agility, Crash
must free his friends, the titans and save the day! This all sounds like a perfect combination between elements both old and new, as well as a sorely missed free-roaming style. But a picture is worth a thousand words, right? In that case, have 17 000 words right at ya! Crash returns in his modern self, but he comes more refined this time. You'll notice how he's taller and how the Titans look more detailed and realistic. The scenery has a very mystical feel to it, which makes it not only beautiful to look at, but also very interesting. Everything seems to be done in a way that makes things more realistic, but not to the point where you forget you're playing a Crash game. The hype... THE HYPE!
