Arrow Box

These function as springs, so they can send you into high places. The wooden versions can be broken easily, except if jumped on. They often contain a single piece of Wumpa fruit.  

Iron versions are unbreakable, so they're only used as trampolines.

These are called Arrow Boxes from Crash 1 to 3, and Spring-Crates in The Wrath of Cortex and Twinsanity.
