The Evil Twins come from the 10th Dimension. They have an immense power in Crash's dimension, being able to control the motion of objects and even bringing inanimate things to life, out of their simple will.

Victor seems to be the leader. He is slightly smarter than his (also intelligent) brother, but more serious than him. Mostly, he's the one who does the talking.

Moritz could be classified as "the funny one". He often takes figures of speech in a literal sense and sometimes blurts out things he shouldn't. He also appears to be a hungry little fellow.
