Pura
Pu-Ra (プーラ)
Classification: Tiger (Panthera Tigris)
Gender: Male
Kind: Good

Pura was found in the Great Wall of China by Coco, who took him home and became his owner. His duty in the Great Wall was to serve as an oriental express and give people rides across the wall. Pura acts like a little kitty- he purrs and meows, and loves to lie down and be petted by Coco.

Note: In "Crash: Boom, Bang!", Pura is an anthropomorphic animal.

Pura throughout the games:
Crash Bandicoot 3/Crash Team Racing
Voiced by: Uncredited/Taeko Kawata (Japan)
The original Pura model.
Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex
This model is quite different. Pura's fur is darker, he is bigger, has round ears, V-shaped stripes on his forehead, a longer nose, whiskers, and a darker fur in his stomach.
Crash Nitro Kart
Voiced by: Paul Greenberg (kept for Japan)
This model actually looks a lot like the first one, except for a lighter fur and a striped face.

Out of comparison:
CTR (In-Kart)
All in-kart models from CTR are much more polygonal versions than usual, since 8 of the usual character models on screen at the same time would be more than the PS1 could handle.

Crash: Boom, Bang!
Voiced by: Asuka Tanii
In this Japanese game, Pura is an anthropomorphic animal, just like Crash and the other evolved animals. He also wears pants and his eyes are blue instead of green.

Like all CBB models, it is cel-shaded, giving it cartoony visuals.
