Papu Papu is the leader of a native tribe from N. Sanity Island. He doesn't do much, what with his laziness and easy-going life. He is big and quite strong, and loves king-sized meals, which earned him his name (Papu Papu means "Pass the dish again, mate" in his native language).

Papu is slow on wit, but surprisingly, he can speak in two languages: his tribe's dialect and English (albeit not perfectly). He uses a carved club to attack, which resembles the island's totem gods.
