Ninja Penguins

Kung-fu
fighters, these little birds can be considered quite a nuisance,
especially if found in large numbers. They will attack people and strip
them off of their money. The Ninja Penguins inhabit Von Clutch's
MotorWorld.

The Ratnicians
Classification: Rats (Rattus)
These fragile lab
rats were mutated through Cortex's science, combined with Uka Uka's Mojo.
They usually carry beakers around and speak in a distinct nerdy accent.
They are Cortex's minions.
Trivia: The Ratnicians' voice tones and expressions are most likely based
on Jerry Lewis' character Julius Kelp, from the 1963 movie The Nutty
Professor.

Koo-ala
Classification: Koala (Phascolarctos
Cinereus)
The Koo-ala are
ill-mannered hillbillies with a passion for roast chicken and all things
mechanic. They are commanded by Tiny Tiger.

Doom Monkeys
Classification: Monkey (Phascolarctos
Cinereus)
The Doom Monkeys
are crazy apes who have a similar look to their master N. Gin (mostly
because of the rockets on their heads). They are able to inflate their
heads and explode them as means of attacking, and they usually carry
around tools with which to smack other people.

Voodoo Bunnies
Classification: Rabbit (Leporidae family)
These guys are
masked rabbits armed with spears. They can perform rain dances to electrocute their
prey with lightning. The Bunnies are servants of Uka Uka and
have a taste for bandicoots.

Brat Girls
Classification: Bat (order
of Chiroptera)
These little brats
obey Nina Cortex in all things. They like to gossip and yell loudly
through megaphones.
